Yep, houses are going up fast these days because everyone is so hard up for work. We should start work on our construction loan this week. One of our best friends is the CFO of the Sand Hollow Resort, and says they've been building custom homes in 3 months or less, and that people are calling them everyday seeing if they have work for them. I'm hoping my house goes up that fast! Of course we will have a basement, so it will take a bit longer for the excavation.
