Update

So it has been a crazy last couple of weeks! We are in the process of buying a lot right now and I am so excited! We put in an offer and they counteroffered (sp?) and then we excepted so we have to get the loan and everything by Nov. 30th! We had our house plans drawn up so they can get appraised. The house is so perfect looking! Its everything I wanted in a first time home! I want to thank everyone for their advice in helping me put it all together! I love getting advice especially on something like this because its my first time and I have no idea! So please keep all the advice about building a home and what you like about your home coming!! To save money we decided it would be best to move in with my in-laws so we dont have to pay rent anymore and that money will go straight to savings! I really appreciate my in-laws for letting us move in and for everything they help us with! I just hope we dont wear out our welcome! I have been packing up and cleaning our apartment and we are finally all done and moved over. Now its time to unpack everything...

Nate is also getting his first tooth! I felt it for the first time on monday. I was feeding him part of my sandwhich and as i was putting it in his mouth I noticed something sharp. I felt again and it was definitly a tooth! It is barely sticking up, but I am so glad it has finally cut through and on its way!

Oh the things I could say about buying your first house... Just make sure, with your loan, you read ALL the fine print and ask tons of questions. The reason our economy is so awful is b/c dirty scamming loan idiots talked first time homebuyer (like cam and I) into a loan that was ridiculous and doomed to fail. I really hope your experiance is 1000 times better than ours was! Good luck!!

I love your floor plan! It is so fun to build a house, and everyone told me that if our marriage could survive that it could survive anything and I will 100% agree with them. But it's worth it. Yeah living with my parents won't be a walk in the park, but you are such a trooper with the Ence Family. We just adore you! And it's fun to see you when I go to mom's.

That's so fun that you are building! We have a lot, and will be building as soon as we can get our current house sold. It really is exciting to build it your way!
