Some pics of the home

I took some pics of the inside of our home today. They didnt turn out very good, but I know some people are just dying to see some pics. I didnt take any of the bedrooms because there is not much in them yet. I have unpacked everything, but my house is still empty, so I am just going to slowly decorate and paint each room and as they are finished I will post before and after pictures. We are going to landscape our front yard soon and once we do I will post pictures of the outside of our home.

My husband wanted me to post these videos of Justin trying to do a 360 on the wakeboard when we went to the lake last night, so he can see how he can better coach Justin on what to do :)

Home Sweet Home

Its been a long six months, but we made it! We are finally in our new beautiful home!! Well sort of anyway :) We have Nate's crib, our bed, clothes, a tv, a table , a jug of milk, 2 boxes of ceral and about 5 bananas. Everything else is out in our garage waiting to be hauled in and put into place. I am so thankful to be in our first home! We have been so blessed and are so fortunate to be in a position that we were able to build our first home! I am bummed because I wasnt able to take any pictures of us moving in because my camera is dead! I want to thank everyone who helped us move in and for those who offered to help watch Nate! We also definitely thank skyler's parents for letting us live with them for the past 6 months! I cant thank them enough for what they have done for our family and for putting up with us for that long! We have greatly appreciated it and are forever greatful!

Family Pictures!

My old roommate moved to Provo in December and she came down this weekend and took our family pictures. She is just starting up her own photography business and is doing such an amazing job! Check out her website at http://www.jandbphotography.net/ she has amazing prices too! You can get a one hour photo session done for only $60 and you get a CD of every orginal image she takes plus 10-15 enhanced photos! Or you can get a 2 hour session for only $90! Our session ended up being a little over an hour and she took about 200 pictures! So you can get about 200 picutres for $60...you cant be that!! I think we got a ton of cute pictures! Thanks Jackie and Brayden...we love them!

Nate's 1st b-day studio pictures

Since Nate was sick on his birthday and then the next couple weeks were crazy I didnt have time to take him to get his free pictures done at Sears Portrait Studio until yesterday (I got a coupon in the mail for a free 8 x 10 protrait and a collogue and no session fee!) I was nervous about going because I know a lot of people had horrible experiences taking their 1 year old to get their pictures done! Nate is definitely not one to hold still for more then 2 seconds so this really made me nervous, but I really wanted to get a least one portrait of him at this age. You can't be free so I mustard up the courage and did it. I took him in right after he woke up after his afternoon nap and he was in a really good mood! He did such a good job and I think we got some really cute pictures of him! A lot of them show his personality which I love! I am posting the orginal proof pictures sears posted on their website. The 2 pictures I get are enhanced and so they arent on website. I will get them in about 2 weeks and then scan them and post them because they are super cute! I loved the girl that took his pictures! She was so good with him! She tried to pose him a couple of times but realized that didnt work so then she just let him play around with props and then we would call his name and make him laugh or make a goofy face and then she snapped the picture. So here are the orginals of the pictures we got done yesterday.

Backyard Fun!

Now that the weather is so nice in St. George, Nate and I have been taking full advantage! We usually go and play outside at least once a day. I really want to go take him to a splash pad because I know he would absolutely love it, but I have been really busy the last couple of weeks getting everything finished in our new house. I know there will be plenty of time to do it in the summer once things are a little less crazy! Nate loves going outside! Here are some pictures of him playing outside in my in-laws backyard.
